Week beginning Monday, 7th September

We will continue to learn the routines in school, get to know each other and make new friends. We will begin our first enquiry theme ‘What is special about me’ and talk about what we look like before we create our own self portrait. We will explore different coloured paints and what happens when we mix different colours together. On Thursday we will take part in our first Muddy Explorers session (please ensure your child has their wellies in school on Thursday). We will explore the Muddy Explorers garden and collect natural objects to create a face picture. We will explore making marks and begin to make marks or write letters to write our name.
