Week beginning Monday, 22nd June

This week is Arts Week and we will be learning about the artist Herve Tullet. We will learn facts about Herve and look at the pictures that he created. We will explore how to create our own dots, lines, scribbles and smudges using a range of different media. After experimenting with creating different marks we will create our own flower artwork. 

In Maths, we will learn how to visualise and build a range of different scenes, using the correct spatial language. We will learn how to describe the different position of objects and follow instructions to create matching scenes. 

In Phonics, we will learn the digraphs- wh, ph, ew, oe and the harder to read and spell words- your, ask, should.
